Server (High-end Cafe)

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner and present menus confidently.

· Introduce menu items, answer questions and offer recommendations.

· Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar.

· Serve dishes and beverages according to fine‑dining standards, paying attention to timing, presentation and guest comfort.

· Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.

· Handle billing and payment processes accurately and in line with company procedures.

Requirements

· 1 year or above relevant experience in a quality Western restaurant or hotel;

· Passion for hospitality, with a warm and professional service attitude.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage comfortably with local and international guests.

· Well‑groomed, punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressure during busy services.

· Good command of spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin
