• Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor server health, performance, and uptime, performing routine maintenance tasks and applying patches and updates as needed
• Backup and Disaster Recovery: Establish backup routines and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and minimize downtime in case of system failures
• Client Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients for server-related issues or inquiries
• Scalability Planning: Assess server needs and plan for scalability as businesses grow, ensuring the infrastructure can accommodate increased demands
