As a Server at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $23.18 per hour.

What you'll do

A day in the life of our Hotel Bar Servers demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all the tasks that our Servers accomplish would be lengthy, but the list below is essential to know.

• Our Servers set the tone from the moment a guest is seated, maintaining an impeccable hotel bar and terrace floor, delivering food and cocktails with precision, and ensuring every glass is never empty for long. This includes responding to guest requests and participating in pre-shift briefings to ensure every guest receives nothing but the best experience.

• Our guests come to the Hotel Bar for something special, and our Servers deliver exactly that. Whether it's a cocktail recommendation, a celebratory gathering, or a perfectly timed tableside moment, our Servers make it happen with ease and confidence.

• The Hotel Bar holds itself to a high standard, and our Servers are its first line of defense. They catch what others miss, address it quickly, and work with the team to keep every corner of the hotel bar running at its best.

• Our Servers know the menu inside and out. From the cocktail program to the wine list and food offerings, they share that knowledge naturally and enthusiastically, making every guest feel well taken care of.

The items shared are essential. However, to ensure consistency, our Hotel Bar Servers are provided with specifics on how we care for their department and our hotel. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
