We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers and Kitchen Assistants to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to proper beverage service standards
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen needs to support smooth restaurant operations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both front-of-house and kitchen areas following food safety guidelines
• Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Experience with cocktail making, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage service enhances your candidacy
• Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards required for safe food handling
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately and manage sales with attention to detail
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service in fine dining or nightclub environments

Pay: $18.00 - $29.23 per hour
