Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? If so, we're looking for you! We are actively recruiting a dynamic and energetic Server & Bartenders to join the 4 Mile / 4 Below team!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Create memorable experiences for customers by providing customer service excellence.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure compliance with all aspects of responsible beverage service.
• Collaborate with team members to create a warm and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required will train the right individual.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
