SERVER NEEDED

Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated SERVER to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout your shift
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest comfort at all times

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Solid understanding of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Experience in hospitality or serving roles that demonstrate teamwork and adaptability
• Basic kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation processes is a plus

Pay: $17.60-$29.16 per hour
