Server - On call

Enoteca Molinari is looking for an on call server to join our team. Please be available Tues through Sat but mostly for weekends. Applicants should have at least 1 or more years of experience in casual fine dining restaurants plus be passionate about food and wine (being passionate about Italian food and wine is great too). Must be warm, friendly and hospitable.

Qualifications:

• Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Ability to provide warm, professional & knowledgeable service

• Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience

• A good understanding of regional Italian cuisine is helpful

• A good understanding of wine is also helpful
