Server Part Time

NON HALAL RESTAURANT

Working days & Hours: Thursdays - Mondays; 11.30AM - 5.00 PM.

A. Greet and escort customers to their tables

B. Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions or ingredients)

C. Provide any necessary cutlery for the customers

D. Inform customers about the day’s specials

E. Offer menu recommendations upon request

F. Up-sell additional products when appropriate

G. Take food and drink orders from customers

H. Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff

I. Serve food and drink orders

J. Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems

K. Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area

L. Deliver checks and collect bill payments

M. Operate the cash register and make sure the correct amount is paid

N. Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning

O. Ensure attire is clean and tidy

P. Perform cleaning duties before, during and after restaurant opening time

Q. Provide excellent customer service to guests

Pay: RM10.00 per hour

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)
