Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
• Assist with food preparation and serving to ensure quality and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas, including food handling and restaurant sanitation protocols
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage time efficiently to serve multiple tables while providing excellent guest services in a lively environment

Experience

• Prior food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving procedures and customer interactions
• Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and transaction processing
• Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members positively
• A background in hospitality or the food industry is beneficial for understanding guest needs and delivering exceptional service

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
