Order Accuracy: Enter orders accurately and communicate effectively with the culinary and bar teams to ensure exceptional execution.

Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of timing, presentation, and attention to detail from greeting through payment.

Financial Integrity: Follow proper cash handling procedures, accurately process payments, and ensure all guest checks are presented and closed according to company standards.
