Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and hospitable atmosphere.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or special requests.
• Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding promptly to inquiries or complaints.

Skills

• Experience with cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
