Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality and proper handling of all items
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and upselling opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation and beverage service, including cocktail mixing and wine pouring with spirits experience
• Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming environment for all patrons

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Ability to multitask efficiently with good time management in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of beverage service techniques including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and drink presentation
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
