Job Vacancies & Responsibilities:

1. Receptionist

Welcome guests to the venue, seat guests, and show them to their tables

Provide menus to guests

Answer incoming calls, handle customer inquiries, and provide appropriate service

Assist restaurant staff when necessary

2. Server

Engage with customers in a friendly manner, ensuring tables are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems

Take food and drink orders accurately with a positive attitude

Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff

Collect payments from tables

3. Assistant Manager

Manage shift flow, floor assignments, and table pacing during peak service hours

Assist in preparing monthly staff rosters and managing daily labor schedules aligned with sales forecasts

Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication between Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH)

Train, mentor, and coach front-of-house staff (servers, runners, hosts) on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest hospitality

Requirements

Relevant experience in F&B or hospitality industry (Fresh graduates with strong passion will also be considered)

Good command of spoken English

Applicants with substantial experience may be appointed to senior-level positions

Must be eligible to work in Hong Kong legally

Remuneration and compensation package including:
6 days work per week
