Server Repair Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and test GUP / GUP2 boards and server hardware.
• Troubleshoot server components, including GPU, motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, PSU, NIC, PCIe, and cooling systems.
• Perform hardware replacement, functional testing, and fault verification.
• Provide on-site technical support for server failures, maintenance requests, work orders, and customer requirements.
• Use diagnostic and testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, DC power supplies, and other relevant tools.
• Prepare repair reports, troubleshooting records, and test results.
• Manage and track spare parts and replacement components.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in GUP/GUP2 board repair, server hardware repair, electronic board repair, or data center technical support.

• Experience with GPU / AI servers is an advantage.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

• Willing to work on a Shift & On-Call basis.

• Willing to travel and provide support at different sites within the JB area.
