Server Solution Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Server Solution Manager to support server business development and provide technical solution expertise across the European market. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, customers, product management, R&D, and partners to identify business opportunities, develop competitive server solutions, and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and promote server solutions for telecommunications operators and enterprise customers.
• Engage with customers to understand their IT infrastructure requirements and provide technical consulting and solution presentations.
• Design competitive server solutions covering compute, storage, and virtualization.
• Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, Bills of Materials (BoMs), capacity sizing, and solution documentation to support bidding activities.
• Collaborate with product management, R&D, and sales teams to deliver customer-oriented solutions and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers, system integrators, and ecosystem partners.
• Support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities, solution validation, interoperability testing, and customer acceptance.
• Provide technical training and enablement to internal sales teams and partners.
• Support project delivery and post-sales technical activities when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in server infrastructure, IT systems, data centers, telecommunications, or technical solutions.
• Solid knowledge of x86 server architecture, including CPUs, memory, storage, networking, and server hardware platforms.
• Good understanding of virtualization and cloud technologies such as VMware, OpenShift, Kubernetes, OpenStack, or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and enterprise storage solutions.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, high-performance computing (HPC), or large-scale data center solutions is a plus.
• Understanding of enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, databases, and middleware is an advantage.
• Familiarity with technologies and ecosystems such as Red Hat, VMware, NVIDIA, Intel, or AMD is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
