Server and FOH Supervisor – Evening Shift

Typical Schedule: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Pay: $14.00–$16.00/hour + tips, depending on experience

About the Position

We’re looking for an experienced, dependable Server Supervisor to help lead our evening shift while working alongside our serving team.

This is a hands-on, working supervisor position—not a desk-management role. You’ll maintain your own serving section and earn tips while also helping oversee the dining room, supporting the serving and host team, handling guest concerns, and keeping the shift running smoothly.

The typical shift for this position is 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, so we're looking for someone with consistent evening availability who is comfortable taking ownership of the floor during this important shift.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced server who enjoys serving and wants to continue earning tips, but is also ready for additional responsibility, leadership, and a larger role within the restaurant.

What You'll Do

As a Server Supervisor, you will:

• Provide friendly, efficient service while maintaining your own serving section
• Lead by example and help set the standard for excellent guest service
• Support servers, hosts, bussers, and other team members during busy periods
• Help coordinate the dining room and maintain smooth guest flow
• Assist with guest concerns and resolve problems professionally
• Help newer employees learn procedures, expectations, and service standards
• Monitor side work, cleanliness, stocking, and shift responsibilities
• Help ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently
• Communicate issues, employee concerns, or operational needs to management
• Step in where needed when the restaurant gets busy
• Help create a positive, respectful, team-focused work environment
• Assist management with opening, closing, and other shift-lead responsibilities as assigned

What We're Looking For

This position is intended for someone with strong previous serving and customer-service experience who is ready to take on additional responsibility.

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant serving experience required
• Strong customer-service experience
• Ability to confidently handle a busy, high-volume environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
• Comfortable providing direction and constructive feedback to coworkers
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when needed
• Willingness to lead by example rather than simply delegate
• Must be a team player who is willing to jump in wherever help is needed

Previous supervisory, shift-lead, or management experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider a strong, experienced server who demonstrates leadership ability and is ready for the next step.
