About the role
Responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant, greeting guests and general floor work. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing an excellent standard of food in a competent and professional manner.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all food & beverage orders are served in a timely manner
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to customers
- Assist in daily operations and ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Handle any other related duties as assigned by the Manager
About you
- Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in western cuisine or F&B industry
- F.5 or Diploma in Hospitality / F&B or related disciplines is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude with teamwork mindset
- Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage
- Demonstrating professionalism
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and behavior
