We are looking for motivated, friendly, and professional individuals to join our team as Hosts and Server Support. Positions AvailableHost / Hostess

As the first point of contact for our guests, hosts play an important role in creating a welcoming first impression and setting the tone for the entire dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, seating arrangements, and guest flow.
• Communicate wait times and seating updates clearly.
• Coordinate with servers, management, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Identify first-time guests and notify management to help create a personalized experience.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with general questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable entrance and waiting area.
• Provide friendly, attentive service that reflects Nikko's high standards.

Server Support / Busser

Server Support team members help maintain efficient restaurant operations by assisting servers and ensuring guests receive timely, attentive service throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

• Assist servers with delivering food, clearing tables, and maintaining service flow.
• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables promptly.
• Refill water and assist with guest requests as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas and service stations.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, management, and kitchen staff.
• Help ensure food is delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Anticipate the needs of guests and team members before being asked.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
