Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Assist with food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff and maintain smooth service flow.
• Manage customer orders efficiently, process cash and card transactions, and handle cash register operations with accuracy.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service stations to meet sanitation standards.
• Support food safety practices by handling food properly and adhering to hygiene protocols.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or fast-food environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with food preparation when needed.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities.
• Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.

Pay: $22.91 - $27.60 per hour
