Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using Toast as the POS system
• Serve food items, ensuring quality standards and food safety regulations are maintained at all times.
• Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, hygiene, and food safety protocols throughout your shift.
• Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly, processing food service orders, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in high end restaurants is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow.
• Food handling, safety management, and sanitation knowledge are highly valued.
• Strong time management skills are essential for multitasking in a busy environment while maintaining high-quality service.
• Experience working in a restaurant or café setting will help you excel in this role, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are most important.
