Charter House Grille is looking for energetic, professional, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our growing team.

We’re looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and understand the importance of creating an exceptional guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Maintain strong knowledge of our menu, cocktails, wine, and specials
• Make recommendations and appropriately upsell menu items
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages promptly
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience
• Process cash and credit card payments accurately
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service stations
• Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service standards
• Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, hosts, and management
• Help create the upscale, welcoming atmosphere Charter House Grille is known for

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to multitask during busy service periods
• Comfortable handling multiple tables
• Team-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and spirits is a plus
• Must be available for evenings and weekends
