Duties

• Assist in food preparation and cooking to ensure high-quality dishes are served promptly
• Follow established recipes and menu guidelines to maintain consistency and flavor excellence
• Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards
• Support meal planning efforts by organizing ingredients and prepping ingredients for service
• Serve food to guests in a friendly, efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
• Contribute to catering events and special functions by preparing and presenting food with professionalism

Skills

• Prior experience in customer service
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Proven ability in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in restaurants or the food industry, demonstrating excellent kitchen skills
• Skilled in knife handling, culinary techniques, and meal presentation
• Familiarity with menu planning, catering services, and serving protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
