Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
• Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with integrity
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional guest service
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques is desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling sales transactions efficiently
• Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
