The Robinson Pub at Chestnut Mountain Golf Club is growing our Food & Beverage team, and we’re looking for friendly, energetic and dependable Servers who enjoy taking care of people and being part of a great team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Willingness to learn our menu, beverage offerings and service standards
• Availability for a combination of days, evenings, weekends and special events
• Restaurant or serving experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional attitude
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations according to food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
