Server Team Member

Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server Team Member to join our vibrant restaurant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering top-notch guest service and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a lively environment where teamwork is key.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Focus
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery.
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and proper food safety practices to maintain high standards.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately during shifts.
• Support the team with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and other guest relations tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, especially fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Focus is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.

Pay: $675.00 - $860.00 per week
