Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as clover POS.
• Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met at all times.
• Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of workstations to uphold food safety standards.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit card payments, and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
• Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food handling, and sanitation protocols throughout your shift.
• Support team members with bussing tables, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the dining area remains inviting and organized.

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in food preparation, serving, or café operations within the food industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and retail math for inventory management.
• Proven customer service skills with an emphasis on creating positive guest interactions and upselling opportunities.
