Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Upsell menu items and suggestive selling to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and sanitation standards are maintained
• Handle retail sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and POS operations
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and supporting kitchen operations as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy
• Familiarity with food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or cashiering in the food industry is a plus
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
