Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety protocols
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and kitchen support to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or nightlife settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash confidently
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures

Pay: $14.00 - $28.37 per hour
