Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Prepare and serve food items with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards.
• Manage customer orders by processing cash, credit card, and retail transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash register operations.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly suggestions.
• Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and sanitation standards throughout your shift.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while providing excellent customer service and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, serving, or quick service restaurant environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and processing transactions.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently.
• Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail sales transactions effectively.
