Server Team Member

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Server Team Member to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, initiative, and a passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Experience with TOAST POS systems, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and food service are highly valued to deliver top-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems efficiently and professionally
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Demonstrate knowledge of wine selections and assist guests with recommendations when appropriate
• Prepare and serve cocktails with skill and attention to detail
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns or special requests
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is preferred; hospitality background is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
• Knowledge of wine varieties and the ability to make pairing suggestions
• Cocktail experience or training is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Demonstrated initiative in providing excellent guest service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality
