Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Process sales transactions accurately while upselling menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas following food safety guidelines
• Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including processing payments and giving correct change using POS systems like OpenTable or other restaurant software

Experience

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality settings is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous
• Experience with cocktail making, wine knowledge, spirits, and beverage service is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and creating positive dining experiences
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including night shifts or weekend hours; nightclub or fine dining experience is beneficial

Pay: $23.55 - $28.36 per hour
