Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Team Member to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with expertise in POS systems, wine knowledge, cocktail and spirits experience, and sales transaction processing. Duties

• Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Demonstrate extensive wine knowledge to assist guests with selections and pairings.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, showcasing expertise in mixing drinks and understanding various spirits.
• Manage sales transactions with precision, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Engage with guests professionally to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business.

Skills

• Proven experience as a server or in food service for at least three years.
• Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of wine varieties, tasting notes, and pairing options.
• Cocktail-making skills with familiarity in spirits and mixology techniques.
• Ability to handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Pay: $2.13 - $5.15 per hour
