Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Adelo POS or Toast POS, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and preparation procedures
• Assist with wine knowledge recommendations and beverage pairing suggestions to elevate guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as AdeloPOS, ToastPOS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest relations
• Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 25.0 per week
