Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
• Assist with food preparation, sanitation, and proper food handling to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Support team members by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and managing guest relations to foster a welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is preferred, including fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
• Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and drink presentation
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong guest relations abilities
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling sales efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous for supporting food preparation tasks
