Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Upsell menu items like specialty drinks, desserts, or premium wines to enhance guest experience
• Serve food and beverages professionally, including cocktail and spirits service with proper techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Demonstrated ability in upselling and sales transaction processing to maximize revenue opportunities
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment within a fast-paced setting
