Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and service-oriented Server Team Members to deliver an unforgettable dining experience to our guests. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant—providing friendly, attentive service while expertly managing food and beverage orders. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This position offers a dynamic environment where teamwork, hospitality, and culinary knowledge come together to create memorable moments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Chowbus POS.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items including Wagyu beef, seafood, cocktails, and spirits to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Process credit card transactions duties accurately.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to maintain a smooth flow of service

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a upscale restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as POS is highly desirable
• Experience with cocktail making, spirits service, and beverage presentation is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in the food industry
• Ability to process sales transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly attitude

Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
