Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS or Toast
• Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Handle retail sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food safety practices
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed to ensure timely service
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables promptly and courteously

Qualifications

• Must have serving experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
• Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math for retail math, cash handling, and order accuracy
• Experience with culinary tasks such as food preparation or café operations is advantageous
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
