Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar and dining spaces
• Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and guest relations as needed to ensure a seamless experience

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience working in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants is a plus
