Duties

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including specials and wine pairings
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and proper food safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Clear tables promptly, bus tables as needed, and reset stations for incoming guests
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
