Server Team Member

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server to join our team at The Breeze Beachfront Resort! In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm for beverage presentation, Fine Dining level service and hospitality will help foster a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring accuracy in processing transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels ; communicate needs for restocking.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly during busy service hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments; previous bar experience is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of proper table service and etiquette
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling standards required; hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. We are open every day 365 days a year as this is a resort.
