Must be 21 and have an alcohol serving permit and food handlers permit. Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday with the occasional allowance for a weekend or 1 of the 3 days off with advanced notice. Monday's are also a requirement!

Tips paid out Daily.

Must be willing to learn the menu and explain specials to the customers upon being sat.

Wine knowledge is a plus.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system or similar technology.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct and meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and bussing dishes as needed.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and courtesy to enhance their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of meals.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts.
• Uphold restaurant standards for guest services, including fine dining etiquette and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or as a Server is required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and handling payments accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Knowledge of culinary practices, including food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Availability to work set schedule And holidays as needed.
• We are closed Monday and all major holidays.
