Server with bartending experience

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Server with bartending experience to join our team!

This position will include both server and bartending shifts with the possibility to move into a full time bartending position. This position requires a passion for the industry and a positive can do attitude!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and loves to share that passion by going above and beyond for our guests. A natural people person with an eye for the details. Responsibilities:

• Take orders from bar customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section.
• Running food whenever needed to both your tables and your teammates.
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide a positive can-do attitude.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server and bartender are required
• Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu and weekly specials.
• General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to guest needs.
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Must work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Furnish and Mast & Food Handlers card upon hire.
• Must be able to stay composed under pressure.

• Greeting and seating customers with a positive presence
• Accurately taking & ringing guests orders
• Delivering food
• Responsible alcohol service
• Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
• Answering phone calls
• Placing to-go orders
• Prep or side work
• Preparing bill and processing payment accurately
• Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors
• Reconciling daily cash transactions
