Responsibilities

• Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and bar areas
• Support bartenders with drink preparation, restocking bar supplies, and ensuring the bar remains organized and inviting
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS or SpotOn POS
• Serve beverages efficiently while adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and food to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning glassware, utensils, and workstations regularly
• Help with food handling and basic food preparation tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or SpotOn POS is a plus
• Knowledge of cocktail mixing, spirits, wine, and beverage service enhances your ability to upsell and provide expert recommendations
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel welcome and valued
• Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous but not mandatory
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
