Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as clover POS, process cash and card transactions efficiently
• Serve food items promptly and professionally, maintaining food safety and handling protocols at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
• Manage retail sales transactions accurately while promoting menu items to enhance sales opportunities
• Support food preparation tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy hours

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Clover POS for processing transactions
• Experience in food service or café environments with knowledge of beverage preparation and food handling procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing sales totals
• Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Barista experience is preferred, along with familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and beverage service best practices

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
