What they need
SERVER / BARISTA
PAAR is hiring a Server/Barista to join our front-of-house team in Miami.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Prepare espresso drinks, lattes, cold foams and other café beverages following our recipes
- Know the menu and recommend dishes and drinks
- Handle payments and the POS system
- Keep the coffee station, bar and dining area clean and stocked
- Work as a team with the kitchen and runners
Requirements:
- Barista or serving experience preferred
- Friendly, energetic and guest-focused
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available mornings, weekends and holidays
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
