Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through menu options with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and correct delivery
• Prepare and serve drinks at the bar, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift
• Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, adhering to food safety standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in all service areas
• Manage guest inquiries promptly, providing exceptional guest services that exceed expectations

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, with a strong focus on serving and customer service
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus, especially culinary experience
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Strong communication skills to engage with guests confidently and professionally
• Ability to upsell menu items naturally while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: £10.85-£14.00 per hour
