Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
• Prepare and serve drinks at the bar, including mixing cocktails and pouring wines with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and point-of-sale systems

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of culinary practices or kitchen experience is a plus for supporting food prep tasks
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math proficiency for handling payments and calculating bills
