Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, providing correct change and receipts
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Experience in bartending or serving in a restaurant environment is highly desirable
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for billing and transactions
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
• Effective communication skills to engage with guests and team members positively
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
