Server/Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to guests while expertly preparing and serving food and beverages. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through menu options with enthusiasm and detailed knowledge of offerings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments accurately with POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations and dining spaces, adhering to food handling and safety regulations.
• Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions when needed, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
• Engage with customers actively to promote sales opportunities and enhance their overall experience in a nightclub or fine dining setting.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or food service experience is required; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; retail math skills are a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions.
• Experience working in nightlife venues or breweries is beneficial; catering or banquet experience is a plus.
