Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent guest relations skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the bar's cleanliness and organization while adhering to all safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Knowledge of culinary practices related to beverage preparation is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
